Q. Is FoldiBox oven safe?
A. The oven temperature is often over 300°F(150°C), therefore we DO NOT
recommend putting FoldiBox in the oven.
Q. Is FoldiBox microwave safe?
A. Yes. Please use a household microwave with a power rating of 1000W or below
and DO NOT microwave for more than 2 minutes.
Q. Is FoldiBox capable of containing liquid?
A. Since FoldiBox is a collapsible box made of a piece of flat silicon rubber
embedded with magnets, it holds a small amount of liquid not exceeding 2 cm
water level at the max. Also, it is not intended to be used as an airtight container.
Q. Is FoldiBox UV dish dryer safe?
A. FoldiBox is heat-resistant up to 300°F (150°C). It is UV dish dryer safe. The UV
rays may slightly alter the color of the material, which does not release any
substance.
Q. Does FoldiBox absorb odor or easily stained?
A. The Ag+ formula added to FoldiBox helps reduce odors and smells, but we still
recommend cleaning it thoroughly after containing high-fat content or staining
objects such as curry or beetroot. If FoldiBox was already smelled or stained,
put it in boiling water with baking soda, which helps clean and reduces the odor.
Q. How to get rid of the white marks on FoldiBox?
A. The white marks are watermarks. Rinse it again under water should get rid of it
completely. Dry FoldiBox after cleaning thoroughly can prevent causing water
marks.
Q. Is the texture of FoldiBox becoming sticky over time?
A. Silicone sweat or stickiness often happens when residual grease was stuck on
the surface. Keeping FoldiBox away from an environment that's filled with smoke
or fume such as the kitchen should help avoid the situation.

Microwave Precautions
- Please use a household microwave with a power rating of 1000W or below.
- DO NOT microwave for more than 2 minutes. If longer heating time is needed,
please limit each session to 2 minutes and allow for cooling intervals to prevent
excessive accumulation of high-temperature steam. - DO NOT microwave multiple FoldiBoxes at the same time.
- DO NOT make contact with the metals on the sides of microwave wall during
microwaving.
